These Terms of Service govern access to the Romiva application, related web pages, and any connected services made available through the product. By using the service, the user accepts these terms and agrees to comply with all applicable law, platform rules, and store requirements connected to the service.
By downloading, accessing, or using Romiva, the user accepts these terms. The user represents that they have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized representative where required. If a user does not accept the terms, that user should stop using the service and uninstall the application.
Romiva provides a studio-like experience for browsing handcrafted soap references, generating AI palette studies, saving favorite concepts, and managing access to credits or purchases. Users agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate information when needed, respect platform restrictions, and avoid misuse that could interfere with other users, the service, or connected systems. Users remain responsible for the decisions they make using generated inspiration or saved references.
Some service features may require billing through one-time credit packs, restored purchases, promotional access, or other subscription-style purchase flows that may evolve over time. All charges are processed through the applicable app marketplace or authorized billing provider, and users are responsible for reviewing store pricing, taxes, renewal rules where applicable, and refund policies controlled by the relevant marketplace. Purchase availability, pricing, and inventory may change without notice where permitted by law.
The Romiva service, interface, visual design, service marks, text, software, layouts, and related property are owned by Romiva or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. Users retain rights they may have in original content they provide, but they grant any permissions reasonably required for the service to host, process, transmit, display, and improve that content within the scope of operating Romiva.
Users may not reverse engineer the service, scrape protected data, bypass billing controls, misuse credits, access the service through unauthorized automation, infringe the rights of others, submit unlawful or harmful content, or interfere with performance, security, or stability. Any attempt to exploit the service, misrepresent ownership, or disrupt infrastructure may lead to suspension, termination, legal action, or other remedies.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if a user violates these terms, creates risk for the service, causes billing abuse, or uses the product in a manner that could expose Romiva, its users, or its partners to harm. Users may stop using the service at any time. Certain sections of these terms, including payment obligations, property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, survive termination where allowed by law.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Romiva disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Generated studies, purchase flows, and restored access are delivered as operational features rather than guarantees of commercial results, artistic success, or uninterrupted creative output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Romiva and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid by the user for the service during the period permitted by applicable law.
We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, billing practices, or product improvements. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the revised terms. The service may also be subject to additional app marketplace rules that apply to downloads, subscription handling, billing, or user rights.
