Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Romiva collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when people use the Romiva application, related web pages, and connected support channels. The policy is written to help users understand the practical data choices behind browsing the catalog, generating AI studies, saving favorites, restoring purchases, and contacting support.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect account details, device identifiers, purchase status, credit balance records, saved favorite references, app interaction events, support messages, and technical diagnostics needed to keep the service operating. If a user updates a profile name, restores purchases, or submits feedback, the related data may be associated with that session. We may also collect limited analytics and log information that helps us measure stability, detect abuse, and understand which areas of the service receive normal use.

2. How We Use Data

Collected data is used to provide the service, maintain user sessions, display saved content, fulfill credit and billing actions, respond to support requests, improve product quality, analyze app reliability, and protect the service against misuse. We also use data to remember user preferences, restore access to purchases, and keep generated or saved studio content available when the user returns.

3. Sharing and Service Providers

We may share limited information with infrastructure providers, analytics vendors, customer support tools, payment processors, and store-related partners when that sharing is required to operate the service or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data for third-party advertising profiles. We may disclose information when necessary to investigate fraud, enforce our rules, comply with valid legal process, or protect the rights, safety, and property of users, partners, or the public.

4. Storage, Retention, and Security

Information is stored only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the service purpose, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping. Some data may remain in device storage, cloud infrastructure, backup media, or internal logs for a limited period after it is no longer actively used. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, and disclosure, but no storage or transmission method can promise absolute security.

5. User Choices and Rights

Depending on location, users may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding certain personal data. Users may also request information about how data is used, shared, or retained. Some requests may be limited by law, security needs, billing records, fraud prevention obligations, or the technical need to preserve system integrity. App users may also manage certain permissions through device settings and may uninstall the app if they no longer want the service on a device.

6. Children and Sensitive Data

Romiva is not directed to children under the age required by local law for independent digital consent, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children in a manner that violates applicable law. If we learn that a child has provided data without proper permission, we will take appropriate steps to delete or restrict that information. Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal data unless it is strictly necessary for a support issue.

7. International Transfers and Policy Updates

Because service providers may operate in different regions, data may be processed or stored in countries other than the user’s home region. Where required, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms and internal controls intended to protect data during those transfers. We may update this policy when service features, legal requirements, or operational practices change. When updates are material, we will revise the effective date and may provide additional notice inside the service or on related pages.

8. Contact

Questions about this policy, data storage, retention, rights, children, or contact practices can be sent to privacy@florid.romiva.cc. Users may also review the service terms at terms.html and the product overview at index.html.
